A MYSTERIOUS FIGURE APPEARS!!!

Hello Dear Readers,
Well, it finally happened. The trio became a quartet very fast and unexpectedly. And we couldn't be happier. This fine young gentleman will be making his debut next Friday night!!! We are playing at the State Bridge Collective, right off exit 34 on the thruway. So you should definitely come and check it out. More info soon to come about this mystery man, stay tuned.
CINDERELLA STORY COMES TRUE

Not Robots! brings home the SAMMY for Best Rock Recording. Holy Shit!!! We are totally shocked and cannot be happier. The whole reunited foursome was in attendance and were able to receive the award. A pretty surreal moment to be sure. We got to thank the organizers of the awards for celebrating original music and we must thank all the other nominees who had amazing records come out in a brutal year in human history. We have to thank Jeff, Pam and Tim from Big Blue North, without them the record would not sound half as good. They busted their ass on this just like we did and deserve so much credit for this one too. It means a lot to me that we had one of the last records that Tim Gilles worked on. I knew very little about the history of Big Blue before we started recording. Then Jeff filled me in on some, I looked up online a bunch of information. Tim is no fucking joke, he has worked on some serious records, like real deal shit. And our little band was able to benefit from all that knowledge and mastery of the craft. I'm so happy Nolan was able to come and be a part of it also. He is the musical force behind this record. The guitar is flawless and unmatched. Background vocals were also insane. He deserved to be acknowledged for all his efforts and time he put into songwriting and mastering the guitar, (he probably wouldn't say that about himself, but I would. I was in awe many times at practice watching him play). So, we are grateful, we are thankful, and we are damn proud of this record.

We are pleased to announce that our debut EP, has been nominated for the Best Rock Recording in the Syracuse Area Music Awards!!! We couldn't be happier. We put a lot of blood, sweat & tears into these songs and this record and are so happy to be recognized.
THE POWER TRIO EMERGES

The first show back as a trio did not go without a few hiccups (insert many), but overall it went pretty well. All the original tunes came out really good and people seemed to like the choice of cover songs. Got a couple new opportunity's, made some new friends and we couldn't be happier!! You won't want to miss the next one, that I can guarantee you.

We will be live and in person performing very soon. 12-3 is first up with hopefully some more to announce very soon. Some new songs in the set, covers and originals. We cannot wait!!!
A SAD TIME

There is some sad news that some of you know and many of you do not yet. Our most beloved band member and friend, Nolan Snyder, is moving out of the area for career reasons. We were heartbroken but also happy for him as this decision is the right one for him and his family. He will never truly be replaced, he is an amazing guitarist with a very unique style that is not easily replicated. Although it is goodbye for now, it is not goodbye forever. Once you assimilate to the Robots, you are not so easily rid of them. When our paths are ever able to cross again, there is a spot on the stage for you my friend.

Ok so, we are trying to make it a little more easier to find us in the online digital music space. So we are slightly updating the name and logo. 10% more characters in the logo, 100% more excitement!!! Not Robots! with a bang! Make sure to update your Spotify if needed and we will keep all our links current. Everything seems to be going smoothly so far with the transition online. Just a couple more hiccups to sort out. But fortunately, thanks to the amazing album artwork by Quinn, the album is super easy to find by the artwork alone. Thanks all!!!

Wow, just wow!! What an incredible day for the Robot family. We couldn't be happier with the release. A few minor hiccups but we got through it ok!! Just want to say a broad and wide thank you to everyone who helped along the way to make June 25th a day I will remember! But we are just getting started.....
